I’m Maayan, a UX/UI student at Drexel University, currently working at Forte as a Product Engineer and UX/UI Intern. I dove into UX/UI in 2022, when I was a junior in high school. Since then, I’ve been honing my skills through university coursework and projects, as well as real-world, hands-on work with a variety of companies. I'm currently working at a Mental Fitness company called Forte. I've been with them for about two years doing design work primarily in Figma and Lovable as well as dev work in Bubble.io, owning features from scoping through launch. Before Forte, I worked with three other teams: LAX Studio, where I designed and built client websites; GenLogs, where I sat in on customer feedback sessions and turned them into feature mockups; and Product Savvy Consulting, where I learned the fundamentals of Figma and UX/UI design. Every one of these work experiences, as well as my studies at Drexel University, has contributed to the designer I am today.

Some interesting facts about me are that I am Israeli-American and speak both English and Hebrew fluently. My passions are traveling, the ocean, and yoga. I've been to over 20 countries, love to SCUBA dive and snorkel, and have a goal to get both a divemaster and yoga instructor certification.
